Issues Pertaining to Internet Pornography and Children
Internet Pornography and Children – As you might call, it was pretty disturbing.
Merely consider these data about Internet Pornography & Kids :
11 years old is a conservative approximation of when kids are first exposed to online pornography
90% of children, ages 8-16 year olds have seen pornography on the web (generally while doing assignments)
80% of teenagers 15-17 year olds are exposed multiple times to hard-core pornography
Sexuality is a part of life just like food. We want both to endure. But what will the future hold if children get to form their opinions and ideals according to pornographic images or videos which they happened upon online? And if most 10 year old kids are seeing nudity for the very first time on a pornography site?
So what does naturism have to do with all this? Naturism means all kinds of things to all sorts of individuals. But nudism is in no way sexual!
The mainstream might think and even believe that nudity is perverted, but nudists understand better. For true naturists, nudity is natural, our body is our body, and we shouldn’t feel embarrassed of who we are or what we look like.
If folks believe in God then they also believe that it was God that gave us this body and that we should never be embarrassed of it. After combing the bible I couldn’t locate any references about nudity being a poor thing. The reverse might be claimed better since God was pissed when he found that Adam & Eve were ashamed of how they appeared and ran to cover themselves up.
For me, it would be far healthier to educate kids and address issues early on in life. What if kids were first introduced to nudity through naturism and not through porn? Wouldn’t there be a higher chance of that child forming a more respectful mindset towards the naked form?
It goes without saying that if kids are exposed to nudity through pornography, then the chances that kid would link the two together are nearly inescapable.
For nudists, the nude body is viewed as just a little part of what makes a person. At a societal bare / clothing-free setting, individuals are compelled to make far more eye contact, which causes them to be far more careful to what another person is actually saying. Contrary to what some may believe, naturism goes quite a distance to diffuse sexual tensions.
Without the accessories, it is very challenging to sexualize one’s look. Wearing skimpy outfits serves only one purpose – SEX APPEAL. While being nude is merely that – being nude. It is like saying, this who I am for better or for worse.
Internet Pornography & Children –
The issue goes even more serious since growing up with such misconceptions will inevitably play a significant part of how that kid will grow up and view his or her partner. Pornography in and of is not the problem. It is us as a society that keeps pushing the envelope and keeps requiring new and nastier ways of satisfying our sexual dreams.
If nudity were accepted I for one consider that society as a whole would be the beneficiary. We’d view a more open and accepting attitude towards the human form and a lot more respect towards the other individuals in our lives.
Can you believe exposure to naturism or nudity at a young age would reduce the frequent need to seek out pornography and sexual entertainment later on in life? Can naturism reduce the need for porn?
(In addition to Internet Pornography and Kids .. In 2010: 14.5% (17.2 million households) were food insecure – meaning that they were not capable to provide sufficient nourishment on a regular basis. And we call ourselves a developed nation?)
